Terms & Conditions

Last updated June 28, 2026

Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this deployment of the Maintenance Services application. By accessing or using the system, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized, and business-related purposes permitted by the organization operating this deployment and by any separate agreement, policy, or employment or contractor arrangement that applies to you.

Authorized Use and Account Security

Access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, using only accounts assigned to you, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of the service.

You must not attempt to bypass permissions, share credentials, scrape or bulk-export information without authorization, interfere with the security or availability of the service, upload malicious code, access data you are not entitled to view, or use the system in a way that violates privacy, employment, intellectual property, records-management, accessibility, consumer-protection, anti-spam, or other applicable laws.

Operational Records and User Content

Business records entered into the system, including inventory entries, customer or supplier data, work orders, uploaded media, notes, audit trails, and generated documents, may be stored, processed, displayed, archived, and disclosed within the system as needed for legitimate operational purposes. You represent that you have the authority to enter or manage any information you submit and that the information you submit will not knowingly violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Privacy, Monitoring, and Compliance

Use of the service is subject to the Privacy Policy and to the operator's internal policies and procedures. The operator may monitor, log, review, preserve, and disclose activity, records, and communications within the service where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, enforce these terms, investigate incidents, protect rights and safety, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid internal or external requests.

Where the operator sends commercial electronic messages or similar communications through or in connection with the service, those communications should comply with applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements, including consent and unsubscribe obligations where required.

Availability, Changes, and Third-Party Services

The service may be changed, updated, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, deployments, security events, legal compliance, or business reasons. Features may depend on third-party or separately hosted services, including email, identity providers, document generation, media tooling, or optional automation and AI services, and those integrations may be modified or disabled without notice.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available and as-configured basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose unless it has expressly agreed to do so in writing. Users remain responsible for reviewing operational outputs, generated documents, business decisions, and record accuracy before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension, Termination, and Record Retention

The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, operational continuity, or breach of these terms. Termination of access does not require deletion of records that must be retained for legitimate business, legal, audit, archival, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Ontario and Canadian Law

Unless another mandatory law applies, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. If a dispute must be brought before a court and mandatory law does not require a different forum, the parties submit to the courts of Ontario.

If this deployment is used in a consumer context or in any context where the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other non-waivable statutory protections apply, nothing in these terms is intended to waive, limit, or override those rights. The operator should also ensure that any public-facing online contracting flow, pricing disclosure, cancellation rights, and accessibility obligations are handled in a manner consistent with applicable Ontario law.

Contact and Accessibility Requests

Questions about these terms, reports of misuse, and requests for accessible communication support should be directed to the organization operating this deployment using the administrator or business contact information provided to your account. If this deployment is made available to external users or consumers, the operator should publish direct legal, support, and accessibility contact details before relying on these terms as its final public form.
